2 medium Eggs
35 grams Chicken
1/4 large Onion
90 ml Water
1/3 tsp Dashi stock
2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1 tsp Mirin
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
2 slice Kamaboko
1 Nori seaweed
1 Mitsuba leaves
1 Shichimi spice

Slice the ingredients.

Beat the eggs.

Put the ingredients in a pan and simmer for a while.

Add the onion, chicken and kamaboko.

Simmer over medium heat.

When the onion is cooked through, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.

Cover with a lid.

Simmer until it looks like this in the photo.

Add the rest of the beaten egg and turn off the heat.

Add the mitsuba leaves and cover for 30 seconds.
