Creamy Broccoli-Bacon Bake

   Heat oven to 425F.

   Add broccoli and carrots to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min.

   or until crisp-tender.

   Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.

   Cook and stir cream cheese product, milk, onions and garlic in same saucepan on medium-low heat 2 min.

   or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

   Gradually add reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.

   Add cooked vegetables; stir until evenly coated.

   Spoon vegetable mixture into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar and bacon.
