1 Tablespoon Butter
1 whole Onion, Diced
3 whole Carrots, Chopped
12 ounces, weight Chopped Broccoli, Frozen And Thawed
1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Celery Soup
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
