3 tablespoons butter
9 ounces mushrooms sliced
1 zucchini large, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 leek trimmed, sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
3 teaspoons thyme
1 1/4 cups cream
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese grated

Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and return to pan.

Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt butter on medium. Saute mushrooms, zucchini, leek, garlic and thyme for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Season to taste.
