Creamy and Moist Sweet Potato Cakes

   Peel the skins and chop the sweet potatoes.

   Steam in a steamer to soften.

   Bring the butter and cream to room temperature.

   Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

   Add the butter, heavy cream, and ingredients to Step 2.

   Mix very well.

   Preheat the oven to 190C for 30 minutes.

   Arrange the shapes and place on parchment paper.

   Brush the surface with egg yolk, using a pastry brush.

    Bake for 30 minutes in the 190C preheated oven.

    Once they have finished baking, they're done.
