Creamed Corn Aspen Steaks

   In lg saute pan cook bacon until crisp

   Drain & chop coarsely(set aside)

   cut kernels off half the corn

4. 4

   grate remaining kernels into a platter and save liquid

5. 5

   Melt butter in saute pan and add the kernels & rest of ingrediants except cream

   Stir until heated 2-3 mins then add the cream

7. 7

   stir until all is combined
