Cream Pound Cake

   In a mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes or until pale yellow. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla, mixing until sugar is dissolved. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to batter alternately with cream. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
