1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. each: flour and brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
