   ["Mix cream cheese, flavoring, and powdered sugar together until smooth. Refrigerate for up to 8 hours to allow mixture to set a bit.", "After refrigeration, add food coloring of choice to the mixture and blend well, using hands.", "Note: you can make a larger batch of the mixture and separate it into individual containers to make more than one color to coordinate whatever event you need!", "After addition of food coloring, roll cream cheese mixture into balls and roll balls in a container of granulated sugar.", "Press balls into mint molds of your choice. Make sure they are even at the back of the mold.
