1 c. heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 c. white wine
salt, pepper and paprika

Melt butter, add flour and stir until lightly cooked.

Add crawfish and cook over a low fire for about 10 minutes.
