1 stick butter
1 large onion, minced
1/3 bell pepper, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (dip only)
Tony's Creole seasoning (optional)
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 pkg. Velveeta, cubed
