1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
chopped parsley

Combine eggs, half and half, onion, salt and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.

Drain crabmeat on paper towels until very dry.

Sprinkle crab, mushrooms and cheese over bottom of pie shell.

Pour in egg mixture and top with chopped parsley.

Bake at 425u00b0 for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
