Crab Fiesta Nachos

   Tortilla Chips - plate full

   Mild Cheddar Cheese sprinkled over the top of the first layer of chips.

   On top of the cheese, use homemade or store bought bbq sauce just a quick spiral

   Over the top of this add bacon

   Cover this with a new layer of tortilla chips, add a base over the chips of mozzerella cheese, then add you crab.

   Cheese over the top of the crab, I prefer cheddar and bbq sauce over this with homemade or store bought fiesta dip, blend all peppers together and add cinnamon and a touch of sugar along with a hint of hot powder.

   Cover, and mirowave until cheese is melted. Serve hot and as an option serve with Ranch dressing.
