   In a skillet, brown the first 4 ingredients.

   Drain off all grease.

   Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; heat.

   Layer in greased casserole half of the cooked macaroni, half of the meat mixture, the corn and half of the cheese.

   Repeat.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes.
