Cut the onion, courgettes, garlic, peppers and chorizo into slices or cubes. Heat up the pan with olive oil. When olive oil will get right temp start frying onion with chorizo, when finishing add garlic, fry a bit more then put the chorizo with onion into the separate bowl. Now start frying peppers, meanwhile take a pot and start heating up the chopped tomatoes. Fried peppers put to the bowl with chorizo.

Sprinkle cut courgettes with flour. Fry till gold, When tomatoes will start to shimmer add chorizo, peppers and onion. If the sauce will get to thick add a bit of water. Straight after add courgettes to the stew. Stir and boil till courgettes will get soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
