2 Tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 Tbsp. chicken base
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
3 (1 lb. each) cornish game hens
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
