   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   In medium sized bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, parmasan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

   Scramble eggs in separate bowl.

   Dip chicken thoroughly in the scrambled egg and place in corn flake mixture.

   Shake well enough to cover entire breast with crumbs.

   When finished, place chicken in a baking dish and place covered in oven for 30 minutes.

   After 30 minutes, remove the cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
