1 onion, chopped
3 or 4 ribs celery
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 slices bread or biscuits
1/2 stick oleo
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
poultry seasoning
sage
oregano
1 or 2 c. meat, chopped (optional)
