4 c. light bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
4 eggs
2 qt. milk

Soak bread crumbs in part of liquid.

Fry onions and celery in oil or fat until brown.
