Gradually add hot liquid to dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber scraper.

By hand, using wooden spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured board.

Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.
