Cookies In Ramekins With Vanilla Ice Cream

   Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

   Whisk butter and sugar until creamy and whitish.

   Add egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

   Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to mixture.

   Finally, add the chocolate chips or nuggets.

   Fill a little less than half of the ramekins with a little dough, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden on top.
