1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 cup colored crystal sugar
MEXICAN SWIZZLE STICKS
1 (1 ounce) envelope premelted chocolate
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 ounce premelted chocolate
4 teaspoons milk
1/4 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles or 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into pencil-like strips, about 6 inches long.
