Company Casserole(Heritage Recipe)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Cook noodles until tender in boiling water, salted.

   Drain, rinse with cold water.

   Melt butter in skillet, add meat and cook and stir until meat has lost red color.

   Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.

   Simmer gently 5 minutes.
