   To the browned and drained ground beef, add the green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and the tomato sauce. Simmer until it has cooked some.

   Prepare the noodles according to directions. Rinse and drain. Blend together the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.

   Grease a 2-quart

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Make a layer of noodles, cheese and tomatoes and meat sauce.

   Repeat until all is used.

   Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve 6 to 8.
