Cold-Brew Coffee Concentrate

   1. In a large glass measuring cup or container, pour water over the coffee grounds.

   2. Stir to wet all grounds. do not stir again.

   3. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12-15 hrs.

   4. Filter through a fine mesh strainer.

   5. Store concentrate in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze.
