Coconut Pyramids

   Separate egg yolks.

   Put in a bowl (for later).

   In large bowl mix coconut, sugar and egg whites until fairly stiff.

   With small egg cup press in mixture.

   Turn out pyramids onto baking pan and continue until all mixture is used.

   Beat together egg yolks and baste gently on top of pyramids.

   Bake at 250u00b0 to 300u00b0 until slightly brown.
