1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated lime peel
5 Tbsp. lime juice
2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 drops green food coloring
1 c. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Blend butter, salt, powdered sugar and 2 cups flour to make soft dough. Press evenly into 9 x 13 (ungreased) pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden. Combine eggs, lime peel, lime juice, sugar, food coloring and 1/4 cup flour and blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with coconut. Reduce heat to 325u00b0 and bake 25 minutes, until firm. Cool. Slice into bars.
