Cocoa And Oil Crumble With Orange Jam

   Combine the brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, egg, oil, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough is thick but crumbly.

   Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

   Butter and flour a 22-centimeter springform pan.

   Divide the dough into two parts.

   Place one part of the dough in the springform pan and press it to even it out.

   Add a layer of orange jam, spreading it even all across the dough, but keeping it 1 centimeter from the sides of the pan.

   Cover with the remaining dough and bake for 30 minutes.

   Serve cold or at room temperature, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
