Classic French Toast

   Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in bowl.

   Beat with fork or whisk until well mixed.

   Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.

   Dip 4 bread slices, using tongs or fork, into egg mixture, turning to allow egg mixture to slightly soak both sides.

   Place into hot skillet.

   Cook, turning once, 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

   Immediately remove to serving plate; keep warm.

   Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and bread slices.

   Serve warm with Butter with Canola Oil and maple syrup, if desired.
