Clams Casino Dip

   Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp; drain.

   Return bacon to skillet.

   Add next 3 ingredients; cook 5 to 8 min.

   or until peppers are crisp-tender.

   Stir in wine; cook 3 min.

   or until liquid is cooked off, stirring frequently.

   Remove from heat.

   Add cream cheese, clams and 2 Tbsp.

    Parmesan; mix well.

    Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

    Finely crush 8 crackers; mix with remaining Parmesan.

    Sprinkle over dip.

    Bake 15 to 20 min.
