Cinnamon Sweet Apple Crisps

   Wash apples and lay them on their side.

   Remove stems and slice down thru center of apple into 1/8 inch slices

   As you slice remove the seeds, do not core the apples, the finished look is much nicer.

   On a baking sheet spray lightly with cooking spray and line apples in single layer and sprinkle with half the sugar and half the cinnamon

   Place in oven heated to 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

   Flip apples over and repeat topping with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 225 for another 1 1/2 hours.

   Remove from oven and allow to cool.
