   mix the flour, butter and brown sugar together with a fork.

   Form a ball with the dough and let rest for at least one hour.

   Pre-heat the oven to 300F.

   Make little balls of dough and place them on a greased cookie sheet.

   (you can shape them before cooking).

   Cook for 15 minutes.

   While they are still warm, sprinkle them with the cinammon and confectionary sugar.
