Ingredients: 1/2 whole White Onion, Diced; 2 whole Cloves Garlic, Minced; 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro; 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey; 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder; 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin; 1/4 cups Tomato Sauce; 1/2 cups Chicken Broth; 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Brown Rice (cooked According To Package Instructions); 3 whole Large Bell Peppers, Red Preferred, Halved And Seeded; 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice; Salt To Taste

1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 cups Tomato Sauce
1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1- 1/2 cup Cooked Brown Rice (cooked According To Package Instructions)
3 whole Large Bell Peppers, Red Preferred, Halved And Seeded
1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice

Spray some olive oil spray in a skillet and heat on a medium high flame.

Add onion, garlic and cilantro to the pan and saute about 2 minutes.

Add ground turkey.

Season with salt, garlic powder, and cumin and brown meat for several minutes until meat is completely cooked through.

Add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of chicken broth, mix well and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice and the meat mixture and stir well.

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, and remove all seeds and place in a baking dish.

Fill peppers with turkey/rice filling as much as you can.

Cover your baking dish with a lid or with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

Once cooked, top with shredded cheese and let it melt.
