1 bunch Cilantro
1 tbsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Cummin
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Chicken bouillon
1 tbsp Garlic salt
1 clove Garlic
1/3 cup Red onion
1 Tomatio
1 Serrano
1/4 cup Water

Roast garlic, tomatio, Serrano, red onion in olive oil.

Once roasted, blend together along with all seasonings, olive oil, water and lemon zest.

Fry drummettes in crisco vegetable oil for 7-9 minutes on 350F.
