Cilantro Crusted Chicken

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

   Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl and dredge the chicken pieces into mix. Add olive oil into a baking dish (larger dish for thicker sauce and browner chicken). Put the butter, garlic, and cilantro on top of the olive oil evenly. Place chicken on top of olive oil.

   Bake until browned, turning several times to ensure an even cook. Add the wine and cook 15-20 minutes or until it forms a sauce.
