Christmas Meatballs

   Brown meatballs in shortening.

   Drain and then cook in roast beef gravy or great gravy for meatballs.

   If making large amount, place in roaster and roast in 350u00b0 oven until meat is cooked through.

   At Christmas, our family places one meatball on a piece of buttered lefse, with a small amount of gravy, rolls it up and enjoys.
