1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1-1/3 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 small)
4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1-1/4 cups Philadelphia Chocolate Cream Cheese Product

Heat oven to 350F.

Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.

Spray with cooking spray.

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

Whisk oil, sugar and vanilla until blended.

Add to flour mixture; mix well.

Stir in zucchini and chopped chocolate.

(Mixture will resemble coarse crumbs.)

Press zucchini mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.

Bake 25 to 30 min.
