1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly.

Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly into a 13x9-inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth; beat in egg and vanilla.
