(1) mix whipped heavy cream with marscapone in a large bowl. (2) melt chocolate in double boiler or bowl set over a pan of slightly simmering water, stirring until melted. allow chocolate to cool, then pour into marscapone and cream mixture. (3)in a smaller bowl, stir in orange liquer with jam (4) pour framboise into a shallow pan and dip the lady fingers briefly- do not allow them to get soggy! (5) line the bottom of a glass baking dish -13x9 or any other variety with the dipped lady fingers (6) spread the jam over the lady fingers (7) spread the chocolate marscapone over the jam mixture (8) repeat layers finishing with last layer of chocolate marscapone (9) dust with confectioners' sugar (10) top with fresh raspberries. COVER WITH CLEAR PLASTIC WRAP, AND REFRIGERATE. BEST IF REFRIGERATED OVERNIGHT.
