1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 c. raspberry preserves
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
