1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. water
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add vinegar, salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar.

Spread in pie shell and bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.
