Chocolate Pie

   Melt the chocolates using a double boiler.

   Cream together the powdered sugar and butter and combine gently with the melted chocolate.

   Stir in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, beating with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes after each egg, until mixture appears light in color and fluffy in texture.

   Spread mixture into pre-prapared and cooled Pie Crusts.

   Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
