Chocolate Peppermint Pie

   Prepare pie crust according to package directions for one crust baked shell, using a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes, or until lightly browned.

   Cool. Layer 2 cups ice cream over cooled pie crust.

   Drizzle with fudge topping.

   Top with remaining 2 cups ice cream.

   Freeze overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and mint chocolate sandwich cookies. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
