D.I.Y FREEZE AND BLEND ICECREAM: Pour the icecream mix into a tupperware container with a lid, freeze for about 4 hours or until just about frozen.

Take the icecream out of the tupperware and break into a few big lumps, add it to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy, serve immediately for a soft serve icecream or spoon it back into the Tupperware and freeze for one hour to firm.
