1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In a large bowl, pour boiling water over oatmeal and let stand for 10 minutes.
