Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan. Line bottom with buttered waxed paper. Sprinkle with nuts.

Melt chocolate, butter and cocoa.

Beat yolks and sugar. Slowly beat in chocolate mixture.

Beat white and salt until stiff. Stir 1/4 c of whites into chocolate mixture until well blended. Then gently fold in remaining whites.

Turn into pan, cover with plastic and chill several hours. Unmold. Slice and serve with Hot Fudge Sauce.

Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, chocolate and salt in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until butter and chocolate are melted. Remove from heat. Slowly add cream, beating until smooth. Blend in vanilla. Serve immediately. (Reheat over low heat).
