Chocolate Mint Sugar Drop Cookies Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.

   In a large bowl, combine 1 c. sugar and vegetable oil; mix well.

   Beat Large eggs and vanilla extract.

   Gradually add in flour mix.

   Stir in Nestle Toll House mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels.

   Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

   Shape into balls.

   Roll in remaining sugar.

    Bake 8 to 10 min.
