Chocolate Icebox Cookies

   In a food processor beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Stop processor and add eggs, pulse until combined. Add cocoa powder and salt, and spin until combined. Add flour and beat until combined. Remove from processor and place in plastic wrap, shape into a rough log. Roll up and twist ends to make a nice tight log. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 325 degrees F and slice into oblong cookies about 1/4 of inch thick. Place on parchment paper and cook for 10-12 minutes until center is just set.
