Chocolate Fudge Skillet Cookie

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

   In four small cast iron skillets or one medium skillet, crumble half the cookie dough into small pieces, spreading in an even layer over bottom of skillet(s). Drizzle hot fudge sauce over cookie dough. Crumble remaining cookie dough on top of hot fudge, making sure to spread in an even layer.

   Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until top is golden brown and set. Remove skillet(s) from oven and allow to cool slightly.

   Serve with vanilla ice cream and extra hot fudge sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
