Chocolate Fudge Frosting.

   Combine the first 3 ingredients (sugar, cocoa & salt) and stir in milk.

   One tablespoon at a time til all ingredients mix well.

   (U can add more milk if u like)

   Add the butter/ margarine and bring to a boil.

   Cover & cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

   Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

   Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until spreading consistensy.
